Return and Refund Policy

We want every customer to be satisfied with their purchase. Because our products are natural, organic powders and tablets intended for health and personal care use, certain conditions apply to returns and refunds.

1. Eligibility for Returns

Returns are accepted only under the following circumstances:

  • The product received is damaged, defective, or leaking.
  • The wrong product was delivered.
  • The product packaging is tampered with before delivery.

To be eligible for a return:

  • The request must be made within 48 hours of delivery.
  • The product must be unused, unopened, and in its original packaging.
  • Customers must provide clear photos or videos of the issue along with the order details.

2. Non-Returnable Items

For safety, hygiene, and quality reasons, the following items cannot be returned or exchanged:

  • Opened or used organic powders or tablets
  • Products with broken seals after delivery
  • Items returned after the allowed return request period
  • Products damaged due to improper storage or handling by the customer

Since these are consumable and herbal products, returns are restricted to maintain quality and safety standards.

3. How to Request a Return

If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, please contact customer support with the following details:

  • Order number
  • Product name
  • Photos or video showing the issue
  • Brief explanation of the problem

Requests will be reviewed, and further instructions will be provided after verification.

4. Refund Process

Once the return request is approved:

  • The product may be picked up or customers may be asked to ship it back as instructed.
  • After the returned item is received and inspected, the refund will be processed.

Refunds will be issued:

  • To the original payment method, or
  • As store credit, depending on the payment mode.

Refund processing usually takes 5–7 business days after approval.

5. Replacement Option

In cases where the product is damaged or incorrect, customers may choose:

  • A replacement product, or
  • A full refund

Replacement items will be shipped once the issue is verified.

6. Order Cancellation

Orders can be cancelled before they are shipped. Once the order has been dispatched, cancellation may not be possible.

7. Important Notes

  • Natural variations in color, aroma, or texture of herbal powders are normal and not considered defects.
  • Proper storage (cool, dry place, away from moisture) is recommended to maintain product quality.
